Over the last couple of years, we have had many requests from of our customers to design a smaller (petite) version of our super popular full size case saver/sprocket guard without compromising quality, colors and durability.

We eventually thought that was a great idea. We originally set out to design our MSV Racing “petite” Billet Case Saver to be simply a smaller version of our standard KX500 design, but with the same case and sprocket protection.

As you can see our “petite” design is not simply smaller, but follows along the MSV Racing Powersports Billet Case Saver/Sprocket Guard design theme. This ensures continuity between all our case saver designs.

As requested, we kept the same premium quality as the rest of our MSV Racing Powersports line of products, offer the same shiny or black colors as our other case saver/sprocket guards, and ensure it has the same or better durability as our super popular full size MSV Racing Powersports ’83-’04 KX500 Case Saver/Sprocket Guard.

Our new “petite” case saver/sprocket guard design provides a fully radiused interior profile which in the event of a broken chain directs the chains forward energy down and harmlessly away from the vulnerable case.

These 6061 T6 billet aluminum case savers are available in shiny or super tough Cerakote Graphite Black finishes.

These case savers like our full-size version can accommodate up to 14T sprockets.

Since the MSV Racing “Petite” Billet Case Saver/Sprocket Guards for the ’83-’04 KX500 design has recessed bolt pockets we provide you with the correct fasteners.
