We wanted to touch base with everyone on what we are up to this mid-2023.
As usual, we are deep into R&D, trying to bring new products not only to the CR500 engine world but also to other powersports vehicles.
So far this year, we have introduced:
- CR Stator Wire Grommet Great resto part that is not available anywhere else
- “OptiFlo” ‘85-‘01 CR500 H2O Pump Cover that features a far less restrictive flow path than OEM or aftermarket covers, an O-ring to seal the H2O cover to side case vs the OEM and replicas 2 gaskets and divider plate.
- “OptiFlo” ’85-’01 CR500 Cooling Power Package that incorporates our 4 high-performance cooling parts into a single reduced-cost package.
We are working on:
- Ceramic Hybrid Bearing Kits for your ‘87- ‘01 CR500 Engine (Very Soon) If you want the absolute best, freest rolling bearing that will free power, your CR500 engine is already making look no further than these 8 engine bearings.
- Banshee/RZ H2O Impeller and Shaft The impeller is our proven design that outflows the OEM and vast array of competition by +2 GPM AVG from 1500-9000 RPM and has a trick-shaped shaft that is DLC coated and will never wear out.
- “OptiFlo” Suzuki LT500 “Quadzilla” Impeller (LT250 Quadracer soon) After seeing the OEM and aftermarket LT500 impellers, we knew it would really help these engines out.
- CR500 and CR250 shift shafts (Being Made) complete shift shaft assemblies ready to install and use. Includes gear shift spindle, return spring, circlip, and shifter collar.
