Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, we achieved a

- We engineered a 6mm, 3° tapered lead-in profile on the spigot instead of a square-edged design, maintaining smooth laminar flow as coolant transitions from hose to elbow inlet. This further reduces turbulence, aeration, and backpressure, enhancing reliability under extreme conditions.
