Refunds and Return Procedures 

We want every customer to be pleased with their purchases from MSV Racing. Items may be returned to MSV Racing within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following provisions: 

Return Authorization 

Customers should contact us directly before returning a product to ensure we understand the issue with the product and have accurate refund or exchange processing information. At that time, we’ll discuss the procedures for returning the specific product with you. Our goal is to make returns, refunds, and exchanges as simple as possible for our valued customers.

Non-Defective Returns 

We accept returns on non-defective items in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage/freight charges. 

Defective Item Returns/Replacements 

Customers who receive a defective product should contact us immediately. We will happily provide a refund or exchange based on their preference. 

MSV Racing will pay for defective items’ return postage/freight charges. We will email you a shipping label to download, print, and affix to the box. The return must be the same size and weight as the original shipping package and will use the same carrier as the original shipment. The customer should drop off the package at the appropriate shipping location (post office or UPS Store, for example). 

There are times when MSV Racing will ship a replacement part/exchange to the customer before the defective part has been returned to MSV Racing. In these situations, the customer has 28 days to return the defective item. If the return is not received within this timeframe, the replacement item will be considered a separate purchase, and an invoice will be issued accordingly. 

Products Damaged During Shipment 

Customers should promptly inspect all packages for visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. If an item appears damaged in transit, any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier (USPS or the appropriate shipping provider). Please contact us immediately–MSV Racing will facilitate the claims process to ensure it is handled efficiently.  

Please retain all packaging for the claims process. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the package, and we will coordinate a product exchange or refund with you. 

Processing Time 

We aim to process all returns, refunds, and exchanges as promptly as possible. Typically, refunds and exchanges will be processed within five business days of product receipt by MSV Racing.
