The filter uses flame-laminated, dual-stage foam with two filtration layers. The coarse outer layer captures larger dirt, sand and debris, while the finer inner layer helps prevent smaller dust particles from entering the intake system.
Its fully open-cell foam structure provides a large filtration surface area and promotes unrestricted airflow. A wide, soft sealing ring helps form a secure seal against the airbox, while flexible seams and heavy-duty bonding improve durability during aggressive riding and repeated cleaning.
