An alternative to the classic satin finish Toyota Bumper, Integrit(TM) powder coating is now available on Toyota Bumpers providing an aesthetic appeal with an ultra-low sheen, matte finish, to replicate the feeling of the off road elements. Manufactured in Australia, this proprietary polymer blend delivers incredible resistance to damage from sources such as road debris, surface abrasion, weathering, acid spotting, and off road usage. For improved corrosion resistance products available with Integrit(TM) are now pre-treated with a zinc shield before being coated. Utilizing ARBs renowned quality controlled pre-treatment process; the textured finish offers class leading protection, providing up to 3,000 hours salt spray corrosion resistance. The Integrit(TM) texture powder coated surfaces benefit from self-cleaning capabilities, with the formula incorporating a synthetic PTFE wax for resistance against dirt and road grime. The coating requires no ongoing maintenance and is easily cleaned with a mild wash solution.
