The MSV Racing ’97-’04 XR400 “Mondo” Coil is the modern high-performance upgrade to your OEM ignition coil.
After testing five different ignition coils, we finally found an upgraded one that is worthy of the awesome XR400.
Our coil provides up to a 30% stronger spark than the OEM coil. This stronger spark can aid in starting, crispen up jetting, provide better throttle response, and offer more torque and horsepower by burning the A/F mix in your combustion chamber more efficiently.
(To make this high-performance upgrade coil plug-n-play for the XR400 we added a small billet aluminum extension bracket for 80mm on center coil mounting and soldered pig tail with bullet connector)
