Refunds and Returns Procedures
RETURN POLICY
We accept non-defective returns with a 20% restocking fee and a $4.00 service charge per incidence. Customers are to ship the items back under a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be issued by our shipping dept fulfillment center, in original condition and packaging to our address freight prepaid.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS DUE TO FREIGHT DAMAGE:
The consumer is to inspect the package for damage due to the freight carrier. All claims for items defective due to freight damage must be made with USPS or appropriate carrier. We will help facilitate this claim.
DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT DIRECT TO THE CONSUMER:
Upon notification, an RA# will be issued and a replacement with a return shipping label will be sent to you. A note will be included in the carton informing the consumer to place the defective item back into the carton and use the return shipping label to ship the product back to us via USPS (you will need to bring the parcel to any UPS drop location)
If the defective return is not received back in our warehouse within 28 days from the date of shipping the tag and the replacement, the second piece shipped to the consumer will be considered as a second sale at that time and an invoice/charge invoice will be processed.
DEFECTIVE REQUESTING CREDIT:
Upon notification, an RA# will be issued and a shipping label will be mailed to the consumer. A note will be included informing the consumer to place the defective item back into the original carton and use the return shipping label to ship the product back to UPS (you will need to bring the parcel to any USPS drop off location)
We will close/cancel the call tag after 28 days if the return has not been received back at our fulfillment warehouse by then.
After receipt of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item.
OUT OF STOCK
Due to the fast pace at which our inventory moves, there may be an occasion where a product may be back ordered or discontinued. In such an event we will contact you in order to a replacement of equal or greater quality and value at no extra cost to you. Discontinued and out of stock items may also be refunded immediately upon your request.

Our products may be used without infringing on intellectual property rights of others including; Honda Motorcycles®, Kawasaki Motorcycles®, Suzuki Motorcycles® and their product names and brands. Any other nature is with respect to products and information mentions. In no case should this information be part of the terms of marketing and conditions of sale.
