Our TT spindle snout block is CNC machined in-house from aircraft quality 4130 chromoly that’s 5\/8? thick. It’s 5? x 7.25? and uses the industry standard Dana 44 bolt pattern that we have doubled up (12 on 4?). The bolt holes are 3\/8-24 and we recommend using mil-spec\/NAS MS21250 series 12pt bolts to attach the spindle snout with. IMPORTANT: The spindle bore is machined undersized and will need to be final machined to 3.375” for a slight press fit after welding and\/or heat-treatment. These are thicker and taller than our standard square block. We’ve also pocketed these to reduce weight without compromising strength. We machine all sides and the top \u0026amp; bottom surfaces, so everything is parallel and on the same plane. Nothing is laser or waterjet cut like cheaper versions.
