It has been proven that when a 2T engine core temperatures go above 95ºf power starts to drop.

CR500 Cooling Power Package Contains:

OptiFlo “phi” High Volume Impeller. Our impeller is the heart of this package. No other CR500 impeller comes close to the flow of our impeller. +1.5 avg. GPM more coolant flow along the entire rpm curve. Take a look at the cooling testing on the CR500 Impeller page.

OptiFlo High Flow H2O Pump Cover. The MSV Racing H2O Cover is by far the most efficient cover you can buy for your CR500. After you look at the cut away and flow graph, why would you choose any other cover? Fully radiused interior for less turbulence, reduced back pressure, and far superior flow vs OEM and billet replicas. Offering +1 GPM AVG more coolant flow vs OEM and billet replicas. Cover is O-ringed to eliminate both gaskets and separator plate

-Elbow to cylinder coolant port aligned correctly VS misaligned from the factory.

-Pivoted to point directly at the H20 pumps discharge port VS spigot not in line with the H20 pump port.

-Spigots lead in profile is tapered VS Squared edge for laminar flow from hose to spigot.
