When we saw the poor OEM impeller on the LT500 Quadzilla, we knew riders deserved a high-performance upgrade that only MSV Racing could provide. MSV Racing developed the OptiFlo Impeller—designed to cool the big bore ATV far better than anything else on the market.
🚀 Precision Engineered for Maximum Cooling
An increase in coolant flow rate = better cooling performance. The rate of heat transfer from the engine to the cooling system is directly proportional to the mass flow rate of coolant. It works on the principle of source (engine) to sink (radiator) differential—and the more efficient the transfer, the better your engine stays cool.
Todd Witz, owner of Witz Motorsports and a Quadzilla specialist, ran his dune quad 300-400 miles, burning through 40 gallons of fuel, and reported up to 20°F cooler running temperatures. In low air-flow situations, where Quadzillas often struggle, the OptiFlo kept his build running strong!
🔥 Horsepower & RPM = Heat—but preventing heat soak is the key to maintaining top performance. The more efficient your engine’s cooling system, the more power it can handle. Upgrade your LT500 Quadzilla today with MSV Racing’s OptiFlo Impeller—cool smarter, ride harder!

Haven’t installed yet but very high quality.
I would like to see you make one for the LT250R.

Fit perfectly 👌

First impression? Sure made bleeding the cooling system quicker! Maybe it has less cavitation or just the extra flow, but it made bleeding the zilla that has an auxiliary radiator much easier.

The flow looks better and it’s a work of art.

Been looking to upgrade my zilla impeller and saw the machined oem style on facebook which I almost bought. Then I found this one which is obviously a cooling upgrade! I see cooler temps everywhere.
