MSV Racing High Flow RZ350 Impeller/Shaft Kit

For two-strokes, 104–122 °F coolant temp is the sweet spot for max power. Push past 140 °F and your RZ350 is bleeding 1% horsepower for every degree hotter. This is where the MSV Racing RZ350High Flow Impeller shines. Proven to cool up to 20* better than the competition!

1 review for MSV Racing High Flow RZ350 Impeller/Shaft Kit

I was skeptical this would help on my high strung rz350 powered roadracer, but I tried it anyway because I really don’t want to pay for and figure out how to fit a larger aftermarket radiator. The bike has an 85hp rz/banshee motor in it with custom 66mm bore cheetah cub top end, tm38 carbs, cool head with domes cut to run on 110 race gas, v force reeds and PVL ignition.

I wanted a true back to back test so I installed the MSV impeller on a spare clutch cover and brought it with me to a local track day, with the plan being to run the oem impeller for 2 sessions in the morning, swap the clutch cover during lunch and then run the MSV impeller in the afternoon. I used my local weather app to note the ambient temp before every session and used my GoPro to record the data from my dashboard shaping h2o temps live every session.

The results were much better than I expected! I was thinking at best that it might drop 5°, maybe 10° at most, but I saw half over a 20° drop my first session with the MSV impeller. This was in spite of the air temps being nearly 10° warmer in the afternoon than they were in the morning.

I highly recommend this product! Not only will you see an immediate drop in h20 temps, but it also features a much higher build quality and higher quality materials, so the shaft, impeller and seal will all last much longer than with an oem impeller.

    Two thumbs up!!’
